Bronwyn McNulty | Industrial and Labor Relations ‘26 (December) | brm85@cornell.edu

Bronwyn is a senior studying Industrial and Labor Relations, with minors in Business, and Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She is passionate about strategically cultivating inclusive, engaging, and growth-driven workplaces by leveraging the intersections of HR and law to support employee well-being and performance. Beyond her involvement with Forté, Bronwyn contributes to the Cornell community by leading teams in Cornell Concrete Canoe, Pi Beta Phi, and the Undergraduate Human Capital Association, while also working across campus as a Research Assistant, Sales Associate, and Recruitment Assistant. In her free time, she enjoys cooking with friends, volunteering, and attending live music events—especially Ithaca's Porchfest.

Grace is a junior studying Public Policy with planned minors in Demography, Law and Society, and Business. Her interests lie in affordable housing, human rights advocacy, social impact, and education. In the future, Grace hopes to attend law school or pursue a Masters of Public Administration. On campus, she is also involved with Callbaxx A Capella, POLIS, is an ambassador for the Brooks School, and works as a TA. During her free time, you can find Grace curating Spotify playlists for every occasion, food crawling through new cities, or taking photos on her digital camera!

Anika is a current junior studying Hotel Administration. She is interested in pursuing non-profit consulting, impact investing, or financial services. On campus she is also involved in 180 Degrees Consulting, Hotel Ezra Cornell, Scholars of Finance, and a social sorority. When she is not in class, you can find Anika spending time with her friends outside and trying new coffee shops.

Christina is a current junior majoring in Healthcare Policy and minoring in Business and Human Development. Outside of Forté, she is a student worker at Martha's Cafe, a peer mentor for Brooks, and involved in Scholars of Finance and Outdoor Odyssey. Christina hopes to pursue a career at the intersections of consulting, people operations, and healthcare to bridge her passions for problem-solving and creativity with leading a life of impact. In her free-time, Christina enjoys decorating cookies, spending time outdoors, and binge watching reality TV.

Shirin is a current junior studying Applied Economics and Management. Her interests lie in the intersection of brand strategy, environmental sustainability, and entrepreneurship. In the future, Shirin hopes to go into management consulting, get an MBA, and work for a humanitarian aid organization. On campus, she is also involved in Social Enterprise Group at Cornell, Persian Students Organization, and Dyson Leadership Fellows. Outside of the classroom, Shirin loves to develop new recipes and garden!

Holly Sternlicht | Industrial and Labor Relations ‘28 | hrs222@cornell.edu

Holly is a current junior studying Industrial and Labor Relations with a minor in Business. On campus, she serves as the Vice President of Events and Operations for the Undergraduate Human Capital Association (U-HCA). She also works as a Communications and Program Assistant and Peer Advisor in the ILR Office of Career Services. In high school, she spent a lot of her time volunteering at the Helen Keller National Center, a vocational rehabilitation center for DeafBlind individuals. There, she witnessed firsthand how the right workplace support can transform people’s careers, inspiring her to pursue a career in Human Resources. In her free time, Holly enjoys making jewelry and trying homemade ice cream recipes.

Riley is a current junior studying Industrial and Labor Relations. Her interests lie in the intersection between socioeconomic inequality, law, and public sector workers. In the future, Riley hopes to pursue a JD and work with the public education sector to promote equity in our school systems. On campus, she is also an Outdoor Odyssey Guide, a Tradition Fellow, and a member of Phi Alpha Delta pre law fraternity. When she is not doing work or in class, Riley loves to snowboard and listen to music!

Coco is a current sophomore studying Information Science and Economics in the College of Arts & Sciences. On campus, she serves as a research assistant in the Innocence Lab and the Psychology & Law Lab and is involved in Class Council, Cornell Sun, and the Hong Kong Students Association. She hopes to pursue a career in either consulting or law. In her free time, Coco enjoys traveling, reading, scenic walks with friends, and attending concerts.

On campus, she is a consultant at Social Enterprise Group at Cornell (SEGC), a Marketing intern at the A3C,  research assistant in the Communication & Collaboration Technologies lab and the Department of Asian Studies, and a administrative assistant in the Communication Department. In her free time she likes to hike, paint, go to archery club & binge-watching shows.

Riley is a sophomore in the College of Arts & Sciences, where she’s pursuing a double major in Economics and Philosophy. She is passionate about exploring the intersection of strategic decision-making and ethics. After undergrad, she hopes to go into either social impact consulting or intellectual property law. On campus, she is also involved as a Meinig Scholar, an Arts & Sciences Ambassador, Social Chair of Cornell Intellectual Property and Ethics Club, Events Organizer for the Classics Society, and a vocalist for the CU Jazz Department, as well as Nothing But Treble: Cornell’s oldest all-female a cappella group. Apart from her studies and extracurriculars, she enjoys fashion, hiking, and playing with her cat!

She is passionate about the intersection of data science and medicine and hopes to pursue research that optimizes patient outcomes and advances health equity in medical school. On campus, she is involved with Guiding Eyes and a social sorority. Outside of academics, Nancy enjoys cooking and exploring new restaurants, staying active, and discovering cozy cafés.

Britney Momanyi is a senior studying Global and Public Health Sciences major on the pre-med track within the College of Human Ecology. She is also aiming to obtain a minor in Health Policy and Inequality Studies (Health Equity Track). Along with being social chair for Forté, her campus involvements include, Collective X Magazine (Event Director), Undergraduate Research Assistant for the Mehta Research Group, Global Health Student Advisory Board, GlobeMed, and being a fitness monitor for the Cornell Fitness Centers. Some of her favorite things to do is read, listen to music, and go swimming.

She’s also a Milstein Scholar, who’s interested in exploring the intersection of technology and humanities. She hopes to eventually go to law school and work on tech policy. Some other things on campus she’s involved in are A Seat at the Table, Pakistani Student Association, Cornell Rocketry Business team, the Dean’s Leadership Council, and South Asian Council. When she’s not in the library, Laiba likes to read and try new foods.

She is passionate about blending her analytical and creative side with business to pursue a marketing or journalism career. In her free time, she loves reading narratives, listening to podcasts, and drinking matcha.

Isabel has previously worked at Raise for Good, a social impact consultancy, as well as MeliBio, a small food tech company. In the future, she hopes to connect sustainability and business through a career in corporate sustainability or consulting. Isabel enjoys skiing, traveling, baking, and trying new foods.
