Bana is a current junior studying Government. She is interested in the intersection of business and law and will be joining PwC this summer as a Legal Managed Services intern. On campus, she is also involved in Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity as well as 180 Degrees Consulting. In her free time, Bana enjoys watching movies, listening to podcasts, reading memoirs, and going out to eat with friends.

Roma is a current senior studying Urban and Regional Studies. Her interests lie in the intersection of affordable housing, sustainability, and community. In the future, Roma hopes to go into affordable housing research, get her Masters, and be a professor. On campus, she is also involved in South Asian Council, Architects Artists and Planners of Color, Cornell University Sustainable Design, and A Seat at the Table. When she is not doing work or in class, Roma loves to go thrifting or try out new cafes and restaurants!

Bronwyn is a junior studying Industrial and Labor Relations, with minors in Business, and Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She is passionate about strategically cultivating inclusive, engaging, and growth-driven workplaces by leveraging the intersections of HR and law to support employee well-being and performance. Beyond her involvement with Forté, Bronwyn contributes to the Cornell community by leading teams in Cornell Concrete Canoe, Pi Beta Phi, and the Undergraduate Human Capital Association, while also working across campus as a Research Assistant, Sales Associate, and Recruitment Assistant. In her free time, she enjoys cooking with friends, volunteering, and attending live music events—especially Ithaca's Porchfest.

Isabel Sade is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in Environment & Sustainability and minoring in Business. On campus, she is involved in Cornell Sustainability Consultants and Cornell Reserve Tennis. Isabel has previously worked at Raise for Good, a social impact consultancy, as well as MeliBio, a small food tech company. On campus, she serves as the Vice President of Events and Operations for the Undergraduate Human Capital Association (U-HCA). She also works as a Communications and Program Assistant and Peer Advisor in the ILR Office of Career Services. In high school, she spent a lot of her time volunteering at the Helen Keller National Center, a vocational rehabilitation center for DeafBlind individuals. There, she witnessed firsthand how the right workplace support can transform people’s careers, inspiring her to pursue a career in Human Resources. In her free time, Holly enjoys making jewelry and trying homemade ice cream recipes.

Riley is a sophomore in the College of Arts & Sciences, where she’s pursuing a double major in Economics and Philosophy. She is passionate about exploring the intersection of strategic decision-making and ethics. After undergrad, she hopes to go into either social impact consulting or intellectual property law. On campus, she is also involved as a Meinig Scholar, an Arts & Sciences Ambassador, Social Chair of Cornell Intellectual Property and Ethics Club, Events Organizer for the Classics Society, and a vocalist for the CU Jazz Department, as well as Nothing But Treble: Cornell’s oldest all-female a cappella group. Apart from her studies and extracurriculars, she enjoys fashion, hiking, and playing with her cat!

Sofia is a senior from Westchester, NY, majoring in Information Science with a minor in Business. This past summer, Sofia spent her time in Colombia working on her family cattle farm, learning about the business and how to farm sustainably. Previously, Sofia worked at Greenburgh Nature Center for six years as volunteer team lead. Sofia is passionate about education and is heavily involved with Kode With Klossy and Girls Who Code to continue teaching young women about Computer Science. Sofia hopes to pursue a career in Wealth Management while also making time for her passions. In her free time, Sofia enjoys golfing, pilates, hiking, going on adventures with friends, and binging Modern Family. On-campus, Sofia is the co-chair of DE&I for DSP, and an active member of her social sorority.

Nidhi Mylavarapu is a senior currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science & Operations Research. In her current role as a Software Developer at Cornell Digital Tech & Innovation (DTI), Nidhi is actively involved in the development of CoursePlan, a widely-used web app helping students plan their academic journey efficiently. During Nidhi's internship at Dow Jones & Co., she leveraged her skills in C# and Redis to enhance the caching mechanism for an internal tool and collaborated with designers to implement Figma mockups using React and other web development tools, contributing to the development of a new product. Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Nidhi is actively engaged in extracurricular activities such as Forté, NCWIT (National Center for Women & Information Technology) and WICC (Women in Computing @ Cornell). Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Nidhi is passionate about cruelty-free, sustainable beauty.

Dylan is a student in the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Business. She is also a writer for Cornell’s Slope Media Magazine. She has previously worked as a developmental intern for Alloy Entertainment, as well as a research assistant for ghSMART in the summer of 2021. In the summer of 2022, she worked as a cooking counselor for Camp Hayground. Dylan is passionate about both creative and journalistic writing, creating nutritious recipes in the kitchen, as well as giving back to the local community. In high school, Christina enjoyed volunteering in educational spaces, such as libraries and public gardens, to mentor local children, boosting literacy rates and creating fun crafts for children to complete. Valerie is a senior majoring in Animal Science and pursuing minors in microbiology. Over the summer, she continued her job as a veterinary technician for Animal Health Group, a local animal hospital. Currently, she works as a laboratory technician at the Animal Health Diagnostic Center and serves as an ambassador for the vet med research program PAVER. Beyond her professional commitments, Valerie is a dedicated CAPSU ambassador and a VAW Global Health Alliance member. After graduation, she will return to American Express as a Marketing Analyst. On campus, Lindsay is a teaching assistant, a Marketing Analyst for the Society of Women in Business, and a member of the Cornell club field hockey team. Her professional experience spans marketing at McCann Worldgroup, programmatic advertising at Warner Bros. Discovery, and product management at American Express. Having lived in six countries, Lindsay loves to travel and try new cuisines.

Last summer she was an intern for the non-profit organization Pledge to Humanity and this past winter break she was a judicial law clerk intern for the Honorable Thomas Moore, PJ Civil at the Historic Courthouse. This summer she will be doing Washington in D.C and is excited to explore more about business and policy.

Outside of class, Sophie participates in the Women’s Network, a community of women dedicated to helping one another achieve their ambitions and goals and is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Sophie is interested in Business Anthropology, specifically how an understanding of other cultures and communities can help companies be more effective in marketing their products or services and growing their businesses. Last summer, Sophie worked as a Gallery Assistant at VSOP Projects. In her free time, Sophie loves to run, bake, read, and listen to the “Smartless” podcast.
